Kedarnath Temple is one of the 12 Jotilinghas of Lord Shiva. Kedarnath is situated in Uttarakhand’s Rudraprayag district. It is located on the banks of the Mandakini River at a height of 3,583 metres above sea level. The temple first opened to the public in April and will remain open until November.
- The best time to visit is during the summer (April to June).
- For fewer crowds, you can visit in the winter.
